Update: Man found with serious head injuries in Weymouth

DETECTIVES investigating how a man sustained serious head injuries in Weymouth have released three people without charge.

The man aged in his 40s was found lying next to a bicycle in Upway Street, off King Street, at around 6.30pm on Wednesday, March 15th.

An ambulance attended and the man was taken to Dorset County Hospital for treatment to serious injuries to his head.

He was in hospital for several days and was unable to clearly recollect how he came to be injured.

A 23-year-old man from Kent, a 22-year-old man from London and a 20 year-old woman from London arrested in connection with the incident have been released without charge.
