BOVIS Homes has donated £4,000 to Axminster Hospital League of Friends.

Yasmine Willcox of Bovis Homes explained that the money comes from an ongoing initiative, and added: “Every time a house sells [at the Cloakham Lawn estate], we donate £200.”

League of friends treasurer Steve Holt said: “We are thrilled that Bovis Homes approached us and offered to support us as one of many community elements they help in the area.

“We are really grateful for their help, and I would like to reassure people that the hospital is still thriving and we are working tirelessly to develop it further.”
