Andrew Moulding elected as Chairman of East Devon District Council


CLLR Andrew Moulding has made the jump from deputy leader of East Devon District Council to its new Chairman, following a vote by fellow councillors.

Cllr Moulding who served as chairman of the county council until the recent elections, when he decided to not stand for election again, takes over the role from Cllr Stuart Hughes, who was chairman for the last two years.

David Key was elected by councillors as Vice Chairman of the council taking over from Cllr Helen Parr.
